“First of all, we show great sensitivity to ensure that our employees work in a positive environment. We take care to be in one-on-one contact with our employees as much as possible and to exchange ideas on projects. As you can see, anniversary organizations and such in-house activities help employees have a dialogue with each other. However, it is important to increase the quality of work and develop trust between the employee and the employer. It is crucial to improving the overall performance of the company.”
