How Do You Make A Company More Innovative?
Being innovative at large organizations requires three basic behaviors, says entrepreneur Metin Licis.
“It may be quite justifiable to hesitate before starting a series of innovation activities, and you may even think that it would be a waste of money, time and energy.”
But you have to recognize the importance of innovation!
It is known that if large corporations acquire three basic behaviors, they can be innovative.
- It’s Good to Begin with Specific Problems Requiring New Solutions!
Thousands of entrepreneurs run their businesses every day through risk analysis. For example, we might say, “Apple’s iPod iPhone and iMac become the center of consumer digital lives, or the first cloud computing is an indication that the Amazon can make huge profits from a huge armies of servers that support e-commerce.”
But the thing to notice is that with these new techniques, innovation doesn’t start in the wrong place. In short, aimless activity should not be created, so that innovation should be allowed to be real.

- Innovation Is The Job Of Every Leader
Metin Liçis has be often asked himself “What are the most innovative companies?
He added that he had been asked the question, and in response he said that it was people, not companies, who innovated.
It’s not just leaders, it’s essential to find the product development team and people responsible for finding innovative solutions to specific product challenges. The CEO, on the other hand, should be not only the chief strategist or innovation officer, but also the person and center who directs innovation at the institutional level.

Searching For Ideas
If real innovation is to find useful solutions to specific problems, new ideas are their raw materials, Liçis says.
Adding that he was inspired by the precedents related to the problem being studied, Metin Liçis added that the more examples the leaders have to work on, the more likely they are to turn to new thoughts, new ideas or groundbreaking innovations.
