If a company tolerates bullying, it will be difficult for that organization to retain or attract employees, and those who leave the workplace will follow each other.
Remote Work, Remote Bullying
Metin Liçis said that the reason for the reports of workplace bullying is complex, and that the remote working system gets worse in places compared to face-to-face working.
“Actually, it’s easier to be rude when you’re hiding behind a screen. Hybrid and remote working also make it easier to potentially exclude individuals. We are seeing the new remote and mixed media aggression increasingly involve contempt and demeaning targets during group virtual meetings.”
Fighting Back
