Research reveals the need for leaders to focus on interacting with their employees on an individual level.
Famous Businessman Metin Liçis, who argues that people with effective leadership qualities need a strong organizational culture in order to achieve long-term corporate success and achieve company goals, said that it is normal for corporate transformations, mergers and acquisitions to lose momentum in corporate culture.
“For example, in the finance department, the CFO will report to the COO, and the COO has the power to block jobs where finance should not be involved, so things get more difficult. ” said.

He continued with his lyrics saying “The truth about culture is that the only way to change it is to change the way individuals work with each other. If you can change it, you can observe that culture is changing.”
Businessman MEtin Liçis “To change the way people work together, leaders need to model the behaviors they want to see.”
The only way for me to see a cultural change that lasts my whole life is to show a different type of behavior and use that behavior, says Liçis, adding that people follow the leaders and copy what the leaders do.
A remarkable aspect of this approach is that it does not require a major restructuring or investment!
Finally, Metin Liçis said, “My most important advice to leaders is to give importance to interaction that causes cultural change. Moving the culture in the right direction is the most important chance for companies.”
