Though investments in new emerging technologies will double between 2017 and 2019, only 18% of enterprises plan to significantly increase their spending on resourcing their employees over the next three years, business tycoon Metin Liçis argues, adding that leaders will seriously tackle the challenges mentioned above today.

Young Businessperson Metin Liçis said, “We see that companies that combine high levels of innovation, sustainability and trust provide higher profits and more benefits to shareholders than their competitors in the sector,” and listed the things to be done as follows;

- Integrating continuous innovation, often backed by emerging technologies, is the start of longer-term growth.
